The Cognitive Dementia and Memory Service (CDAMS) is a specialist multidisciplinary diagnostic Clinic for people experiencing memory loss or changes to their thinking and for those who care about them. CDAMS provides expert clinical diagnosis, individualised management plan, communication with medical specialists, education, links to community services, and direction in future planning. Make Me Mobile
Make me Mobile is a local charity raising funds to provide wheel chair access vehicles to low income NDIS clients with severe physical disabilities, who cannot otherwise afford them.
